Finding a job, or finding the right person for one shouldn’t feel like a black box. But for most people, it does.


I’ve spent almost two decades working across hospitality, retail, and operations, moving from junior management into senior and executive roles. I’ve run teams, managed finances, built systems, and overseen hiring, not as an HR professional, but as someone who had to make decisions that shaped businesses.


During this time I’ve hired ~400 people, not executives, but the fast-moving roles: service and sales staff, team leads, people on the floor. These hires rely on intuition, not just CVs. I’ve seen the price of getting it wrong and, how often even “good” systems do.

But more recently, I’ve been on the other side. When my company shut down, I started applying for jobs. Over 750 applications later, I’d heard almost nothing.


Silence, fatigue, rejection, sometimes without even the dignity of a reply. And the more I experienced it, the more I realised how broken the system is for both sides.


That’s what pushed me to build something better. Not a hiring platform. Not a marketplace. A system, one that helps vacancy holders reduce fatigue and find alignment faster, and helps job seekers understand where they stand, why they didn’t get the role, and what they can do next.

Our platform helps job seekers understand why they’re being rejected, what the actual gaps are, and what can be done about it, with real, usable next steps, not just empty platitudes. The goal is to give people clarity, not just rejection.
